Power Wool for shirts is different from Power Wool for tights.  The tights fabric is warmer and stretchier.

I wore Power Stretch tights and a shirt and after the soak I rolled the tights up past my knees and the shirt up to enjoy the 2 mile rugged hike back to the trailhead.
